Name: Diva
Age: 173 years
Species: Queen Chiropteran; Queen Chiropterans are different from regular Chiropterans in that they maintain a human form at all times, and their blood can crystallize and kill a regular Chiropteran and turn humans into Chevaliers (which are basically immortal servants). Queens are always born as twin girls whose blood will crystallize and kill their sister Queen. Queens require blood to survive, but they can eat and digest human food.
Appearance: Instead of looking her 173 years, Diva looks like a teenage girl. She has pale skin and black hair that falls to the top of her thighs. Her eyes are blue, but they glow neon blue when she is angry or preparing to fight.

Diva usually wears a low-cut, ankle-length white dress with blue trim and princess sleeves. When she wants or needs to dress formally, she wears a white layered dress trimmed in blue lace. An elbow-length mackintosh, also trimmed in blue lace, covers her shoulders and the gloves that come up to the middle of her upper arms. Her hair is twisted into an elaborate bun with a few strands of hair hanging down.

Occasionally, she takes on the appearance of a 14-15 year old boy as a disguise. In this form, her black hair is now ear length. She wears a white and blue sailor style shirt and dark blue, knee length shorts. She can switch between both forms in the blink of an eye.

History: Diva was discovered by Joel Goldschmidt in 1833, along with her twin sister Saya. Both were born soon after discovery, after being exposed to human blood. Joel took both children back to his 100 acre estate (called The Zoo), where he would use both as experiments. Saya was raised as his daughter, while Diva was locked in a high tower on the outskirts of The Zoo. Since Diva was just a guinea pig to Joel, she had no name until Saya discovered the tower and heard her singing. Saya released Diva on Joel's 72nd birthday, where she drank Joel's blood and burned his mansion down. Diva made Amshel her first chevalier, and it all went downhill from there as Amshel continued using Diva for experiments (mostly centered on turning humans into Chiropterans and how to impregnate Diva).

Personality: Due to being isolated and experimented on for several decades, Diva is mentally unstable, which leads to unpredictable mood swings. Anything can be perceived as a slight against her, even if it's not meant to be offensive. Most of the time, she acts like a spoiled, naive child. Due to the isolation, she has few social graces and doesn't seem to understand the gravity of most situations.

When Diva feels disconcerted or unhappy, she likes to sing. She is used to always getting what she wants, and nothing can stop her once she sets her sights on something. The only person who can truly control her is her Chevalier, Amshel. Unlike Amshel, who dreams of ruling a planet of Chiropterans, Diva just wants to have fun and sing. Diva is jealous of her older twin sister Saya, since Saya was allowed to be live as a human while Diva was isolated and experimented on.
